I AM LOOKING FOR A COPY OF A CHRISTMAS MEMORY OR THE TIME AND CHANNEL IT WILL COME ON. PATTY DUKE STARS. ALSO BACK IN THE 70'S I SAW A CHRISTMAS MOVIE WHERE EACH CHRISTMAS EVE A NOW OLDER LADY WAS VISITED BY AN OLD BOYFRIEND WHO MARRIED SOMEONE ELsE. Hello Wicker and Welcome!!!
I'm going to do some searching for you--I believe that the Christmas Memory version you are talking about has already been shown on the Hallmark Channel this year, but they may repeat it.
Incidentally, have you ever seen the original with Geraldine Page It's wonderful. 
The other movie doesn't sound familiar to me, but I'll be sure to keep a look out. 
Oh and just so you are wondering, I'm going to move this thread to the "can you find" forum here....this way we can help you find these movies.

THANKS FOR TRYING TO HELP ME FIND A CHRISTMAS MEMORY! I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE OLD VERSION THAT YOU SAID WAS GOOD. I READ WHERE ANOTHER PERSON IS HUNTING WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE SAME CHRISTMAS PROGRAM I HAD ALSO DESCRIBED. I DO NOT REMEMBER THE NAME NOR DOES HE BUT HE REMEMBERS THE ACTRESS  HOPE LANGE. AND MORE OF THE STORY.
I HOPE WE FIND BOTH COPIES!

Wicker, I will email this to you as well, but I saw in the TV Guide that on Wed. nite (Christmas Eve) at 8pm on the Hallmark Channel, A Christmas Memory with Patty Duke will be on!
My thinking is that you will most likely be able to purchase this movie from Hallmark themselves since they carry many of the movies that they show--or try Amazon.com (they don't have it on dvd) or even eBay.
I found a few long lost videos on eBay and have added them to my collection--never know!

I FOUND A CHRISTMAS MEMORY LAST YEAR AND MADE SURE I HAVE MORE THAN ONE COPY!
ONE SUGGESTION I HAVE FOR THOSE WITH TIVO ON THERE TV IS TO MAKE SURE THEY PUT ALL THE INFORMATION ON PICK PROGRAMS TO RECORD. ANY INFO IS IMPORTANT SUCH AS WHO STARS IN THE MOVIE OR THE NAME OF THE MOVIE. IF I SEE IT THIS YEAR BEFORE IT COMES ON I WILL SURELY HELP MY FRIENDS FIND IT!

Can you let us know WHERE you found it?
I did find the VHS copy of it on Amazon.com...doesn't look as if it's out on DVD yet.
