Birth of the Stuffin' Muffins!

This past Thanksgiving we had a bit too much stuffing...well, ok. That's not exactly true. We always have extra stuffing around, but I wanted to make it sound good.
Anyway, instead of just baking the extra stuffing, we put it into muffin tins and created Stuffin' Muffins! They were great!
I'm someone who loves the ends of stuffing and with it baked in tins it's ALL ends!
So behold the Stuffin' Muffins--the food that's as fun to say as it is to eat.
